Coming back to life

It’s funny how life comes in full circle.  All the anxiety and angst that was once there is now gone.  The moment you let go of your heavy baggage you’ll find the peace that you’ve been desiring for so long.  And let me tell you, there is a difference of saying you let go and actually letting go.  (I used to try and kid myself with that one all the time)  Your attitude towards the world changes.  No actually your attitude about yourself changes.  You walk differently.  You talk differently.  Colors become more vibrant…even if they were vibrant all along.  Things become inspiring again.  Music sounds better and food tastes finer.  You appreciate the weather…even if it’s rain.  Sleeping all day becomes a luxury and not a necessity. You can feel warmth in your body and the idea of love isn’t so ludicrous.  Even the people around you can sense your new found perspective.    It’s almost like hitting a refresh button and you can breathe without a weighted chest.  You can feel your fingertips and toes and you start to feel, well, like you’re coming back to life.
